In terms of voltage, industrial electrical panels can have three voltages: strong, medium and weak, and two medium and weak voltages are often used.
Low voltage switchboards (LV):
Low voltage switchboards are classified at a voltage level of less than 1000V. According to the IEC60439-1 standard, the low pressure switchboard is a combination of one or more low pressure disconnecting and connecting elements, along with control equipment, measurement, indicator, protective and regulating elements. Low pressure switchboard equipment is based on the design project requirements is installed. All connections (interconnection) including electrical, internal mechanical connections and construction parts are established. The nominal voltage of the low pressure switchboard is usually up to 690 volts and the effective voltage (RMS) is up to 400 volts. Medium voltage switchboard equipment includes body, voltage and current transformer, switch (degenerator), medium pressure contactor, relay, busbar, measuring equipment and control equipment.
Medium pressure panels, like weak pressure panels, can be divided into two general categories: fixed medium pressure panels (Fix) and Withdrawable average pressure divided.
In centers that operate with the purpose of distributing electricity or transmitting it, the best option is to use a medium pressure switchboard. Saturating the medium pressure switchboard chamber with sulfur hexaploid gas will provide great safety for the operator.
